About the Role
CDL-A drivers for regional Southwest lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. True regional routes—no coast-to-coast runs—with terminals throughout the operating area.
Pay
- Starting at 55 CPM + up to 5.5¢/mile bonus (60.5 CPM total)
- $500 transition bonus
- $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days
- Layover pay: $150 per 24-hour period
- Detention pay: $25 per hour after 2 hours
- Extra stop pay: $25 per stop
