CDL-A Regional Driver

About the role

Based in Springfield, IL, Flint Logistics offers a CDL‑A truck driver position with dependable freight movement, consistent lanes, and regular home time while hauling general commodity dry van freight throughout the lower 48 states. Drivers can choose from Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts (2017‑2022 models) equipped with automatic transmissions, APU, and inverter. The role features 100% no‑touch, majority drop‑and‑hook freight, weekly home time, and a supportive environment built on clear communication, honest recruiting, and steady support.

Responsibilities

• Operate throughout the lower 48 states with majority drop‑and‑hook freight.
• Haul 100% no‑touch dry van general commodity freight; no loading or unloading required.
• Maintain consistent lanes and dependable schedule.
• Complete orientation (transportation provided by flight or rental car, meals included) and receive $1,000 orientation pay.

Requirements

• CDL‑A license in state of residence.
• 6 months of experience in the last 24 months or 1 year in the last 3 years.

Qualifications

• Experience with trailers 48 feet or longer.
• Current DOT physical or assistance with the cost of obtaining a new one.

Pay

• Base pay: $1,400 to $1,600 per week.
• Minimum $1,200 weekly pay for the first 90 days.
