CDL-A Regional Driver $1,300-$1,700/Wk — Trainees Welcome

About the role

Dedicated regional account offering steady averaging $1,600/week based on experience, open to both new CDL‑A holders and experienced drivers. Operates a headhaul lane from Sioux Falls, SD to Salt Lake City, UT with random backhaul through UT/WY back toward SD, IA, MN, and NE. Assignments are live unload and preload (no driver unloads), following a consistent point‑A‑to‑B‑and‑back structure with long length of haul, including winter driving along the I‑80 corridor with occasional weather‑related closures.

Responsibilities

• Perform live unload and preload assignments; no driver unloading required.
• Maintain consistent point‑A‑to‑B‑and‑back lane structure on long hauls.
• Navigate winter driving conditions on the I‑80 corridor, adhering to safety protocols during occasional weather‑related closures.

Qualifications

• New CDL‑A holders welcome; paid over‑the‑road training program (4‑6 weeks with an experienced trainer, guaranteed weekly training pay, immediate transition to full solo driver pay after completion).
• Applicants must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL training school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL in your state of residence.
• Clean driving record: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing; military experience considered with a valid DD214.

Pay

• Mileage pay: $0.51 to $0.62 per mile, based on experience.
• Average weekly earnings: $1,600.
• Weekly mileage: 2,600 to 2,800 miles.
• Stop pay: $25 per stop.

Schedule

• Flexible home time; both day and night shifts available.
• Weekend work required.
• Most holidays worked, with the option to take either Christmas or Thanksgiving off.
