CDL-A REGIONAL DELIVERY DRIVER
Sign-on bonus of $6,000 paid out in 3 payments: $2,000 at 90 days, $2,000 at 6 months, and $2,000 at 1 year. If employment is terminated during the first year, any remaining bonus payments will not be paid.
Pay
Expected base pay rate averages $1,800 to $2,000 weekly. Initial base pay is determined on an individualized basis and is part of a broader compensation package that may include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other short- and long-term incentive packages.
Schedule
Sunday–Thursday (starting at 5:00 am) with overnight loads primarily to Minnesota and the Chicago area. Home weekends.
Responsibilities
- Transport Mohawk products to flooring retail centers, warehouses, distribution centers, and job sites
- Unload heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Work a flexible schedule as required
Requirements
- At least 23 years old
- Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Minimum of 6 months commercial driving experience
- Good interpersonal communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to maneuver heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks
