CDL-A Reefer Driver | New Grads OK | Home Every 2 Weeks

About the role

Rutherford County drivers: southeast reefer miles and a company that hires new CDL grads. Refrigerated freight moves year‑round, providing steady miles. New CDL‑A holders start with a paid mentor before running solo. Orientation: up to 2 days, hotel covered, bus fare reimbursed, $300 once hired. Training: 4 to 6 weeks one‑on‑one with a mentor, paid every week. Solo: your own assigned truck, fleet average about 1.5 years old. We verify your license and record up front. Positions available for drivers in Smyrna, La Vergne, Murfreesboro and Antioch.

Responsibilities

• Run reefer lanes across the Southeast and Ohio Valley.
• Handle live loads and live unloads.
• Typical pattern: out about two weeks, then home.

Requirements

• Class A CDL from your state of residence.
• Age 21 or older.
• New CDL graduate with 120+ school hours, or 6 months of recent experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• Pass DOT physical, hair and urine drug screen.
