Responsibilities
- Drive company-owned vehicles safely and efficiently
- Load and unload cargo according to safety guidelines
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
- Maintain vehicle maintenance logs and perform routine inspections
Requirements
- Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements
- At least 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Passing DOT physical exam
- Pass pre-employment drug test
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Good time management and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficient in operating a variety of truck types
- Knowledgeable about industry-specific regulations
- Experience with specialized equipment (e.g., dry van, flatbed, reefer)
