About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Triad1828 Centre. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for residents.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Document resident progress and communicate with families and other professionals as needed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Pass a background check and criminal history review.
Skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
