CDL A- Over The Road Driver

Responsibilities

• Operates company equipment in a safe and efficient manner to minimize the risk of injury and equipment damage
• Deliver and pick company equipment throughout the U.S.
• Perform position related assigned duties at the company warehouse and work sites
• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments by checking them physically
• Communicate with managers to identify equipment in need of maintenance
• Avoid DOT violations by ensuring all DOT regulations are followed

Requirements

• Travel: Frequent travel in the US
• Compensation: Salary $75-$85 K Mileage Pay
• Required education: High school or equivalent
• Required license or certification: Must currently possess CDL Class A Fork lift license preferred
• Safe drug free
• Safe driving record
• Background check and drug screening required
• Demonstrated proficiency in route operations
• Familiar with basic hand tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting to achieve company goals
• Able to lift-up to 75Ibs
• Capable of strapping down and securing your own loads
• Candidate should be able to read and understand basic safety instructions
• Capable of working overtime
• No tarping involved with this CDL Driver position
