CDL-A OTR Truck Driver

About the role

Earn $85,000–$90,000/year running 99% no-touch reefer freight. Navajo Express is a third-generation, family-owned carrier with 45 years on the road, and we're still growing. In 2025 we won the Grand Fleet Trophy for Most Improved Safety Record in Colorado.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
• 21 years of age or older
• No DUI/DWI in the past 3 years, and no felony in the past 5 years
• Good MVR (reviewed case by case) and a credible work history

Pay

• $85,000–$90,000 per year
• 2,600–3,000 miles per week for consistent paychecks
• Up to $300 bonus for clean roadside inspections

Home Time
