CDL-A OTR Truck Driver

About the role

Navajo Express is a third-generation, family-owned carrier with 45 years on the road, still growing. In 2025 the company won the Grand Fleet Trophy for Most Improved Safety Record in Colorado. This position runs 99% no-touch refrigerated freight across the lower 48.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
• 21 years of age or older
• No DUI/DWI in the past 3 years, and no felony in the past 5 years
• Good MVR (reviewed case by case) and a credible work history

Pay & bonuses

• $85,000–$90,000 per year
• 2,600–3,000 miles per week for consistent paychecks
• Up to $300 bonus for clean roadside inspections

Home time

• Guaranteed: 1 day home for every week out
• Flexible options: get home more, or stay out longer and earn more
