About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) equipped vehicle for long-haul transportation. This position requires a minimum of 3 months recent experience with a valid CDL-A.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently
• Load and unload cargo according to specifications
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers

Requirements

• Valid Class A driver's license with at least 3 months recent experience
• Clean driving and criminal record
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to operate heavy machinery

Skills

• Knowledge of commercial driving laws and regulations
• Proficient in using company fleet management software
• Good time management and punctuality
