CDL A OTR Reefer Drivers

About the role

Navajo Express is hiring OTR drivers. Positions are not available locally or in Florida. Founded 45 years ago and still growing, we are recognized by the Colorado Motor Carrier's Association with the 2025 Grand Fleet Trophy for Most Improved Safety Record in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Earn up to $90,000 annually
• Mileage of 2,600–3,000 miles per week with high refrigerated freight volume
• 99% of loads are No-Touch Freight
• Earn 1 day off for every week out
• Up to $300 bonus for clean inspections

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 21 years of age
• At least 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
• Good MVR (reviewed case by case)
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years or while holding a CDL
