CDL-A OTR Reefer Driver

About the role

Run OTR refrigerated freight across our network with 99% no‑touch loads, averaging 2,600–3,000 miles per week. Earn one day of hometime for every week out, with flexible hometime options to get home more often or stay out longer and earn more.

Equipment

• Late‑model, well‑maintained trucks with bumper‑to‑bumper coverage
• ISAAC ELD – simple, fast, mobile‑device friendly
• 53' refrigerated trailers, 44,500 lb payload capacity, servicing the contiguous 48 states
• Lease program available on 2024–2026 model trucks

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• At least 6 months of OTR tractor‑trailer experience within the last 3 years
• Good motor vehicle record (reviewed case by case)
• No DUI/DWI within the past 3 years
• No felony convictions within the past 5 years
• Credible work history

Compensation

• Base pay: $85,000–$90,000 per year for top drivers
• Up to $300 bonus for clean roadside inspections
