Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated trucks safely
• Conduct regular inspections
• Maintain driving logs accurately
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 24 months of experience
• Pass DOT and safety requirements

Qualifications

• Strong safety record
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Knowledge of refrigerated truck operation
• Good customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail

Pay

Compensation ranges from $0.58 to $0.60 CPM, plus additional incentives for safety and referrals.
