CDL A OTR Hazmat Driver
About the role
We are hiring a CDL A Bulk OTR Driver - Canton, OH! We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that respects, honors, and values diversity. Our pay range allows you to earn up to $100 -120K+ annually, with a quarterly incentive bonus of $2,000 and a driver referral bonus (unlimited).
Responsibilities
Drive Commercial Motor Vehicle (Tractor-trailer) combination, usually long distances, to transport and off-load compressed and liquefied industrial gases to customers or to storage sites in a safe, timely, accurate, and courteous manner.
Perform pre & post trip inspections to identify any maintenance action that may be required and act appropriately if action is needed.
Report all accidents, possible injuries, safety issues, driving citations, and customer complaints to include service interruptions immediately to their supervisor.
Complete and submit reports as required by the DOT and/or Airgas company policy.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 3+ years experience as driver of tractor-trailer vehicles
- Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two years technical college or military technical experience
- Three (3) years of HazMat or Tanker experience
