CDL-A OTR Driver | No-Touch Freight | Flexible Home Time

About the role

Hagerstown Class A drivers earn an average of $1,860 per week hauling 100% no‑touch freight. You set your own home time, run real OTR miles, and operate a newer assigned truck with 24/7 dispatch support.

Responsibilities

• Run OTR lanes across all 48 states, with most freight east of I‑35.
• Handle 100% no‑touch freight.
• Operate a 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth assigned to you.
• Maintain communication with 24/7 dispatch to keep miles high.
• Set your own home‑time schedule (typical pattern ~12 days out, 2 days home).

Requirements

• Class A CDL from your state of residence.
• Age 21 or older.
• Recent, verifiable CDL‑A over‑the‑road experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.
• Pass DOT physical, hair and urine drug screen.

Pay

• Average weekly earnings: $1,860.
• Pay rate: $0.49–$0.64 per mile based on experience, plus loyalty pay after 12 months.
• Approximately 2,000 miles per week.
• $4,000 sign‑on bonus (eligibility terms apply).
• Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours.
• Layover or breakdown pay: $100 per day.
• Weekly direct deposit.

Schedule

You set your own home time; most drivers run about 12 days out and 2 days home, but you can adjust the schedule to what works for you.
