CDL A OTR DRIVER

About the role

FirstFleet Inc in Knoxville, TN is hiring for OTR Drivers. Operate late model equipment on routes that are primarily Monday‑Friday with most nights home and occasional rotating weekend work. Shifts start between 5 am and 7 am.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Class A CDL from your state of residence
• One‑year verifiable driving experience
• No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years
• No chargeable D.O.T. reportable accidents in the past three years

Pay

• $5,000 sign‑on bonus (paid monthly over the first 6 months)
• 51¢ per mile (CPM) minimum trip pay
• Stop pay
• Weekly minimum guarantee: $1,200 (conditional)
• Weekly average earnings: $1,200 – $1,450+
• Quarterly Safety & Fuel Bonus Program

Schedule

Monday – Friday (home most nights) with rotating weekend work if needed. Shift start times between 5 am and 7 am.
