CDL-A OTR Driver

About the role

Bulkley Trucking is seeking experienced drivers for both solo and team positions. Established in 1987, we offer competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

- Drive long-haul routes - Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations - Maintain vehicle condition and perform necessary maintenance

Requirements

- Hold a valid Class ‘A’ CDL - Be at least 21 years old - Have at least 1 year of driving experience - Willingness to undergo drug screening

Qualifications

- Experience with 6-12 months of driving preferred - Temporary team driving required before becoming solo

Skills

- Proficient in operating heavy machinery - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

- Solo: $70,000 – $85,000+ - Team: $78,000 – $90,000+ - Guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,250 - CPM base pay: $0.46 to $0.52 (Solo), $0.57 to $0.67 (Team) - Fuel bonus (up to $0.05 CPM) - Per diem: $0.15 (Solo), $0.19 (Team)

Schedule

- 34 or 48-hour reset periods
