About the role

Bulkley Trucking is seeking experienced drivers for both solo and team positions. Established in 1987, we offer competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

- Drive long-haul routes across various regions. - Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations. - Maintain vehicle condition and perform necessary maintenance. - Handle fuel bonuses and per diem payments. - Participate in team potlucks and other company events.

Requirements

- Hold a valid Class ‘A’ CDL. - Be at least 21 years old. - Have at least one year of driving experience. - Willingness to complete a drug screening including urinalysis and hair follicle tests. - Temporary team driving required if you have 6-12 months of experience before transitioning to solo driving.

Pay & Schedule

- Solo drivers earn $70,000 – $85,000+ annually with a sign-on bonus of $5,000. - Team drivers earn $78,000 – $90,000+ annually with a sign-on bonus of $5,000. - Guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,250. - Base pay rates range from $0.46 to $0.52 CPM for solo drivers and $0.57 to $0.67 CPM for team drivers. - Fuel bonus of up to $0.05 CPM. - Per diem rates of $0.15 for solo drivers and $0.19 for team drivers. - Paid orientation and orientation reimbursement. - Matching 401(k) up to 3%.

- Long-haul routes requiring extended travel periods. - Regularly scheduled home time with 34 or 48-hour resets. - Flexible work hours within the assigned route schedule.
