Responsibilities

- Drive long-haul routes in both solo and team configurations. - Ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods. - Maintain compliance with all regulations and company policies. - Complete necessary paperwork and reports accurately.

Requirements

- Hold a valid Class ‘A‘ Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). - Be at least 21 years old. - Have at least one year of driving experience. - Willingness to undergo a drug screening including urinalysis and hair follicle tests. - Temporary team driving may be required for those with 6-12 months of experience before transitioning to solo driving.

Qualifications

- Clean driving record. - Good health and physical condition suitable for long-haul driving. - Strong communication skills.

- Proficient in operating commercial vehicles. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good time management and organizational skills.

Pay

- $5,000 sign-on bonus. - Solo drivers earn $70,000 – $85,000+ annually. - Team drivers earn $78,000 – $90,000+ annually. - Guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,250. - Base pay rates of $0.46 to $0.52 CPM for solo drivers and $0.57 to $0.67 CPM for team drivers. - Fuel bonus up to $0.05 CPM. - Per diem of $0.15 for solo drivers and $0.19 for team drivers. - Paid orientation. - $1,000 referral bonus.

- Long-haul routes requiring flexibility and adaptability. - Home time options vary based on route and schedule.
