About the role
C&H Industrial Services is urgently seeking CDL Operators/Truck Drivers to join our team in Shreveport, LA. This position involves operating and maintaining various industrial equipment such as vacuum trucks, hydroblasting equipment, and heavy-duty cleaning systems at industrial job sites.
Responsibilities
- Drive and operate local CDL trucks, vacuum trucks, and hydroblasting equipment.
- Perform daily equipment checks, light maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Stay active by lifting, climbing, working outdoors, and tackling hands-on jobs.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure the safety of yourself and your crew.
- Work at local and regional job sites with some travel as needed.
- Be prepared for flexible schedules including overtime, nights, and weekends.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older.
- Class B CDL license (or willing to obtain one).
- 18+ months of industrial cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Comfortable working in tough environments.
- Pass medical screening and drug testing.
- Strong work ethic and team mindset.
