Compensation

CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week depending on experience and productivity. Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment. Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises based on safety performance and production metrics. Orientation pay is $100 per day. Quarterly raises tied to performance
