Freight & Operations
Freight primarily runs along East Coast lanes, with dispatch planning designed to keep drivers moving while maintaining safe and efficient trip schedules. Zero-touch freight and a majority of drop-and-hook loads help reduce delays and keep drivers focused on driving rather than handling freight. Drivers operate within consistent East Coast lanes supported by dedicated dispatch and operations personnel. A dedicated safety team is available to assist drivers with trip-related questions and support when needed. Flint Logistics maintains an operations structure focused on communication between drivers and dispatch to help reduce delays and maintain efficient trip planning.
Compensation
CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,550 to $1,950 per week depending on available miles and route assignments. Drivers generally average 2,800 to 3,200 miles per week supported by consistent freight and efficient routing.
