General Benefits

• Expected base pay rate for the role will be average pay $32.95 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short- & long-term incentive packages, and other company sponsored benefit programs.

• $1000 sign-on bonus paid out in 3 payments. $1,000 at 90 days, $1,000 at 6 months and $2,000 at 1 year.

Requirements

• Be at least 23 years old
• Possess a Class A commercial driver's license (CDL)
• Have a minimum of 6 months commercial driving experience

Qualifications

• Have good interpersonal communication and customer-service skills
• Be able to maneuver heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule
