CDL-A - Intermodal truck driver

Average pay: $1,580-$1,930 weekly with hourly and load pay. $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. Annual bonus of up to 3% of annual gross pay. Paid orientation and paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

About the role

Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis. 99% no-touch freight with 70% drop-and-hook. Drive in and out of railyards within the Northeast.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport intermodal containers
• Perform drop-and-hook operations at railyards and customer locations
• Maintain safe and efficient delivery schedules within the Northeast region

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred
• Live within 50 miles of Tunkhannock, PA
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
