CDL-A - Intermodal truck driver

Overview

Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis. 99% no-touch freight that is 90% drop-and-hook. Drive in and out of railyards within Oregon and Washington.

Pay

• Hourly pay of $15 for all on duty, not driving hours (Line 4 time)
• Shipment pay of $10 per shipment
• Mileage pay between $0.52/mile and $0.63/mile for each assigned mile completed (specific Shipment Pay rate depends on experience)
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred
• Live within 40 miles of Portland, OR
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
