About the role

TransAm Trucking, a leading refrigerated carrier, offers opportunities for CDL‑A drivers to become independent contractors. As an independent contractor you can be your own boss, enjoy the open road with competitive compensation and top‑tier support.

Pay

• 70% of linehaul revenue (less authorized deductions and pass‑through charges)
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus paid in four installments of $500 after 30, 60, 90 and 120 days of contract
• Average gross revenue per week: $4,000 – $6,000
• 100% of fuel surcharges paid to TransAm for shipments hauled
• Paid base plates & permits (reduces overhead)
• No forced dispatch – you choose the loads that suit your business
• SAP friendly

Requirements

• Valid CDL‑A
• Minimum 3 months of verified tractor‑trailer driving experience
• At least 21 years old
• Own or lease one or more trucks (equipment leasing options available through ONE Leasing or another leasing company)
