Requirements

• Valid CDL‑A license.
• Minimum 3 months of verified tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Own or lease one or more trucks (equipment leasing options available through ONE Leasing or another provider).

Pay

TransAm pays contractors 70% of line‑haul revenue, less authorized deductions and pass‑through charges. All figures quoted are gross compensation; actual earnings may vary based on many factors.
