CDL A Haul Truck Driver

About the Role

Amrize is hiring full-time Haul CDL-A Truck Drivers to haul bulk cement for our Oklahoma City Plant. We are looking for drivers who are adaptable, patient, and self-reliant. This position involves over-the-road driving and offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
• Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including respirators where required.

Requirements

• 12 months of CDL-A experience required.
• Tanker endorsement required; bulk tanker endorsement driving experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Excellent driving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Must pass DOT drug screen and obtain and retain a DOT physical card.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal professionally with product suppliers, plant employees, dispatchers, mechanics, and other drivers.
• Employees required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face to pass fit tests.

Hourly pay based on experience.
