About the Role

Responsibilities

• Haul building materials on flatbed trailers.
• Unload freight with moffetts.
• Haul freight directly to homeowners, job sites, businesses, etc.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• Handle 5‑6 loads per week with multiple stop‑offs per load.
• Work a Monday‑Saturday schedule starting at 05:30.
• Drive within a 200‑mile radius of Saint Cloud, MN.

Requirements

All CDL holders are eligible; experience level open to both experienced and inexperienced drivers.

Qualifications

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Pay

• Average weekly pay: $1,425‑$1,750.
• Hourly pay plus weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign‑on bonus for experienced drivers (paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year).
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus for inexperienced drivers (paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year).
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months of employment.
• 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
