CDL A Flatbed - Local - Urgently Hiring

ProDrivers is seeking a safe, customer-focused Truck Driver with a CDL A and Moffett experience to join our team in Mobile, AL. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced truck driver who enjoys local routes, daily home time, and working directly with customers at construction job sites.

Pay

$24.00/hour ($960.00–$1,140.00 per week)

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle on local delivery routes.
• Deliver materials and products to customer job sites.
• Load and unload trucks using a Moffett forklift and other material-handling equipment.
• Serve as the primary customer contact during deliveries.
• Verify delivery tickets and ensure orders are delivered accurately.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on company vehicles.
• Maintain vehicle logs, manifests, and delivery documentation.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Plan delivery routes and adjust for traffic or construction conditions.
• Assist in the warehouse with pulling, staging, receiving, and stocking materials as needed.
• Resolve delivery and customer service issues professionally.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Moffett certification and experience required.
• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Experience as a flatbed truck driver preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
