Pay
Weekly earnings between $1,500 and $1,600, paid every week. Extra pay for stops, breakdowns, detention time, layovers, and passing clean inspections. Transition pay provided during your first few weeks as you get up to speed.
Schedule
Home weekly with scheduling flexibility. Weekly home time is paired with a schedule designed to support steady earnings and a predictable balance between work and home life.

Equipment is maintained on a schedule that keeps you on the road. Peterbilt fleet averages approximately 1.5 years old across the operation.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
- Comfortable operating independently and managing time effectively
