CDL-A Dry Van Driver

About the role

Flint Logistics operates dry freight throughout the Midwest and Eastern United States, offering drivers consistent mileage and predictable weekly schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assigned to Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) with automatic transmission, APU and inverter, voice navigation, and in‑cab 5th wheel release
• Hauling dry van trailers with general commodities
• Operating established lanes across the Midwest and Eastern U.S.
• Averaging 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week
• Maintaining safety and compliance with DOT standards

Requirements

• Valid CDL‑A license
• Acceptable driving history
• Previous tractor‑trailer experience preferred
• Ability to operate 53' dry van trailers
• Meet current DOT medical certification standards

Pay

Base pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,800 per week, depending on experience and productivity. Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment. Orientation pay is $100 per day. Quarterly raises are tied to safety performance and production metrics.
