Pay

Pay Range: $22.84–$26.35 per hour. Salary range up to $116,000 per year. Experienced drivers earn more:

• 3+ years: earn top scale pay immediately
• 2+ years: start at the 9-month rate, reach top scale in 3 months
• 1+ years: start at the 6-month rate, reach top scale in 6 months

Schedule

• Flexible start times available every hour

Responsibilities

• Operate modern, well-maintained tractor-trailers on local & regional routes
• Ensure safe & timely deliveries
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections with cutting-edge fleet technology

Requirements

• CDL-A License (Federal; no FMCSA waivers accepted)
• Doubles/Triples Endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Clean driving record & valid DOT physical
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (minimal labor required)
• Commitment to safety & professionalism

Equipment

• Late-model fleet (3 years old or newer)
• Mostly automatic transmissions, some manual available
• 99% no-touch freight with powered pallet jacks
