About the role
Oakley Transport is hiring experienced Dry Van Reefer Drivers to join our team. We offer competitive pay and benefits designed to help you earn more while driving less.
Responsibilities
- Drive more miles each week (2,400–2,800)
- Operate newer Peterbilt or Volvo trucks equipped with advanced features like a new mattress, refrigerator, and APU inverter
- Benefit from toll/scale pass and smart drive technology
- Enjoy predictable home time with 90% of routes running within the Southeast
- Participate in orientation programs that can get you on the road quickly
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 23 years old
- At least 18 months tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
- Safe driving record
Qualifications
Our drivers are expected to have a strong safety record and be able to handle the demands of long-haul driving. We also offer comprehensive health benefits and a pet rider program.
Skills
Experience operating large commercial vehicles, familiarity with safe driving practices, and ability to work independently are essential skills for success in this role.

Home time is predictable, with 90% of routes running within the Southeast. Miles driven range from 2,400 to 2,800 per week.
Pay
Top weekly average earnings: $1600 - $1700
Top drivers earning: $97,500 per year
Potential additional bonuses: Mileage Productivity Bonus (+4 CPM monthly), Safe Driving Bonus (+8 CPM monthly)
