Job Requirements
- Valid CDL A
- 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Steel-toed or composite boots required
- At least 21 years old
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering grocery pallets to store locations across Indiana, Ohio, and Illinois within a 250-mile radius
- 1-2 stops per day, approximately 10 stops per week
- Unloading refrigerated grocery loads using a pallet jack
Pay & Schedule
- Annual average earnings: $90,000
- $0.90/mile + $20 per stop + $35 per load
- $0.15/mile performance bonus
- $0.05/mile pay increase after 1 year
- Home daily (must live within 50 miles of Shelbyville, IN) or home weekly option available for drivers further out
- Guaranteed 1 weekday and 1 weekend day off per week
- Start times range from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM - flexibility required
- 10 hours per day
