About the role

Henderson drivers operate a southwest triangle route that keeps you close to home, sometimes with your 34‑hour reset at home. The position welcomes new CDL graduates and provides step‑by‑step guidance from recruitment through mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Run routes between Casa Grande, El Paso, Albuquerque, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas and Southern/Northern California.
• Handle shorter runs in heavier traffic and work some holidays.
• No hand‑unloads required.
• Maintain logs, plan trips, manage fuel, and practice backing with a mentor.
• Assigned a late‑model truck (average 1.5 years old), 10‑speed or automatic.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Age 21 or older.
• Either a CDL school certificate with at least 120 hours of training or 6 months of recent driving experience.
• Driving record: no more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years and no DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• Pass a DOT physical and drug screening (hair and urine).
• Available to work from Henderson or Boulder City.
