Pay and Benefits

• First-year driver earnings: $85,000-$95,000 when meeting performance standards
• Drivers with 2-4 years of service often earn $105,000-$115,000 annually based on performance

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of auto transport experience with 9-10 car trailer within the past five years and/or previous experience with flatbed, tanker, or food service deliveries
• Minimum: At least two (2) years of over-the-road experience operating a Class 8 tractor and minimum 41' trailer
• Demonstrated stable work history
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record and DOT medical certificate
• Ability to drive passenger motor vehicles with manual transmission
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 23 years of age
• Successful pre-employment screening, drug test, and road test
