Pay

The advertised pay range for this role is $28‑$32 per hour. The base pay range is $19.00‑$33.00 hourly; starting pay may vary based on location, skills, education and experience. Total earnings can also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance and route assignment where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Transport products to and from customer locations safely, timely and accurately
• Assist with order picking and warehouse tasks as needed
• Operate large commercial vehicles, including semi‑trucks, particularly for turf branches
• Perform routine vehicle inspections, report issues and maintain cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, answer questions and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including delivery notes and customer signatures
• Load and unload products, matching delivery paperwork and securing loads for transport
• Assist with picking and packing customer orders accurately from the warehouse
• Follow all safety protocols, traffic regulations and company safety policies
• Obtain and maintain required license endorsements and certifications (e.g., HAZMAT) as determined by the company
• Adhere to DOT regulations for CDL drivers, proper vehicle maintenance, load security and traffic laws
• Maintain appropriate certifications and endorsements for vehicle class
• Support branch warehouse duties such as receiving, stocking, inventory management and general warehouse maintenance

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience driving delivery vehicles (box trucks, vans, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) regularly
• Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude during customer interactions
• Willingness to assist with warehouse operations, including order picking, when necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• CDL‑A license
• Obtain and maintain required endorsements and certifications (e.g., HAZMAT) as required
