Responsibilities

• Transporting trench and MAP shoring to and from customer job sites using various trucks - knuckle boom flat bed, semi, and trailer trucks.
• Assembly, testing, and inspection of equipment, power washing, inventory control, and various yard duties.
• Maintain customer relations by being courteous, professional, and helpful.
• Drive a truck with a knuckle boom crane attached.
• Physical exertion required including walking, standing, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 90 pounds.
• Work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements

• Class A CDL License and DOT Medical Card (Sunstate will pay for renewal if needed).
• Flatbed experience and loading/unloading experience required.
• Previous equipment rental experience a plus.
• NCCCO certification a plus, but not required.
• Experience with TWIC card is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 90 pounds.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, stooping, bending, and lifting.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and be a good communicator.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and procedures.
• Basic computer skills for job-related tasks.

Pay

$26 - $30 per hour, paid weekly.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7AM - 5PM. Can start as early as 6AM. On-call rotation as needed 1-2 weeks per month.
