About the role
Responsible for driving company vehicles across various regions to transport goods efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and in compliance with all regulations.
- Load and unload cargo according to safety guidelines.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and report any issues to supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license with required endorsements.
- At least 2 years of driving experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good physical condition with ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Skills
- Proficient in using GPS navigation systems.
- Familiarity with commercial vehicle insurance policies.
