Responsibilities
- Drive, control, and maintain trucks equipped with dump body to transport and dump materials needed for assignments in a safe, efficient manner.
- Work in a fast-paced, physically-intense environment.
- Safety is a top priority for Drivers and must have knowledge of safe operation, rules of the road, and abide by DOT safety requirements.
- Operate a Tractor Trailer / Dump Trailer.
- Transport and dump loose materials such as sand, gravel, crushed rock, or bituminous paving materials.
- Performs daily inspection on equipment for issues and/or deficiencies.
- Completes inspection paperwork daily and notifies the Foreman of any issues/defects.
- Adheres to all DOT safety requirements.
- Maintains a clean vehicle.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Safety Certifications
- DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
