Delivery drivers are expected to maintain a positive representation of Elitsac, Inc., both on the road and off. The primary task of a delivery driver is providing safe and timely delivery of building materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect delivery vehicles before starting that day’s deliveries to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition
• Knowledge of products and equipment being delivered
• Communicate with customers to update them on the status of their delivery
• Typical deliveries or pick ups include lumber, building materials, and equipment such as earth-moving equipment, aerials, material handling and other construction equipment
• Unload products and review orders with customers to ensure accuracy
• Assist with other tasks in the yard as needed
• Intermittent physical labor
• Light maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Some required overtime
• Adhere to all policies and safety standards

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service skills and a professional attitude
• Organized, self-starter who thinks independently and solves problems
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Clean driving record
