CDL A Driver
About the role
We are hiring a Bulk Driver in Anchorage, AK to safely deliver bulk gaseous products to customers on scheduled routes, both locally and regionally. Responsibilities
- Upload, deliver, and download gases to customers’ vessels in a safe manner.
- Provide timely communication back to your distribution manager or customer’s salespeople regarding any changes related to the customer.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and advise on any needed repairs.
- Ensure any immediate needs are addressed before going on route.
- Resolve airline issues, plug tires, or remove tires when necessary.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL or B CDL with HAZMAT, Tanker & Airbrake endorsements.
- Mechanical aptitude to fix things on the truck (Example: Air lines, plug tires, etc).
- Maintain Alaska driver’s license, medical card & endorsements.
- No more than two (2) traffic convictions: OR two (2) at-fault accident in the last 3 years; or no more than a combination of one (1) traffic conviction and one (1) at-fault accident in the last 3 years.
- No driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last seven (7) years.
- Able to work in a drug-free environment.
- Able to regularly lift 75lbs and move more than 125lbs with the aid of material handling equipment.
- Two (2) years of verifiable CDL A driving experience in the last 5 years.
Qualifications

Pay
Annual Pay: $90-$120K/yr on average (Pay is based on the location traveling to).
Schedule
We are looking for flexibility across a variety of schedules. Overnight travel is part of the role; otherwise, we strive to ensure our drivers get home daily.
