About the Position

We're seeking experienced CDL A drivers for a local driving position with a Monday to Friday schedule, offering competitive pay and the chance to work with a reputable company.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $28/hr • Overtime available after 40 hours

• Schedule: Monday – Friday (95% of the time), with occasional Friday layovers in Pennsylvania
• Hours per Week: 40
• Work Hours: 12-hour days

Job Details

• Route Type: Local
• Freight: Metals, beams, plates, and tubing
• Equipment: Automatic tandem-axle day cab
• Handling: Tarping and strapping required; no loading or unloading
• Travel Areas: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL A vehicle
• Transport freight to designated locations
• Ensure proper tarping and strapping of loads
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• 6+ months of experience
• Light-touch handling
