CDL A Delivery Driver - Eastvale, CA

Responsibilities

• Loading and/or unloading products at various locations within a specific geographic territory.
• Delivering items such as perishable foods, table top items, special equipment, and frozen foods.
• Informing customers of new products or services and distributing sales promotion materials.
• Resolving customer complaints and recording information on daily sales/delivery records.
• Obtaining customer signatures upon pickup/delivery.
• Complying with company policies and Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) regulations.
• Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) for tractor trailer operation.
• A good driving record for past 39 months.
• One or more years of tractor trailer/route delivery experience.
• Available to work with the demands of the department, which may include overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Regularly standing and walking.
• Sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds.
• Frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

• Close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to adjust focus.

Pay

Average associate in this position earns $102,000.00 annually while top performers make about $117,000.00.

Schedule

This position is responsible for driving trucks over established routes, which may include overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
