Objective
Class A Drivers are responsible for safely operating our single tractor trailers — all equipped with automatic transmissions. Each route is supported by a Delivery Helper to assist with unloading and navigation. This position plays a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and professional delivery service while upholding product quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
- Rotate stock and place products appropriately in dry and refrigerated storage areas.
- Ensure all pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport.
- Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier.
- Load and return dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the warehouse to be returned to the supplier.
- Maintain a courteous, professional, and respectful attitude toward customers and team members.
- Complete the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) to report any maintenance or repair needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age. This is a legal requirement to transport alcohol.
- Active CDL Class A License in good standing.
- 1 year of experience operating tractor-trailers, preferred.
- Strong safety-oriented mindset and adherence to safe driving practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday starting at 7:15 AM; end times may vary between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM depending on route and delivery volume.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, often in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
- Must be able to stoop, bend, lift, and twist regularly.
- Must be able to lift approximately 55 lbs (e.g., two cases of beer).
- Must be able to operate a two-handed hand truck on inclines and stairs.
- Requires frequent walking up and down stairs and inclines.
- Must have sufficient vision and hearing to perform job duties safely and effectively.
