About the role

We are seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver to join our team. This position offers flexible scheduling, including day shifts and local routes, ensuring you can be home every day.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across various sectors such as restaurants, schools, hospitals, and universities.
• Unload cases weighing up to 100 lbs and use a ramp and two-wheeler during your shift.
• Operate a 10-speed transmission vehicle with no auto restrictions.
• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a Class A CDL license, and successfully pass a drug test and background check.
• Must be registered with the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent for employment.

Requirements

• Successfully pass a drug test that includes marijuana.
• A clean driving record as required by the DOT and Gordon Food Service standards.
• Experience with operating a two-wheel cart with loads up to 350 pounds.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Be willing to work under a component pay structure, earning based on daily, per-mile, per-case, and per-stop payments.

Pay

The annual pay range for our drivers is from $82,000 to over $100,000, paid on a component pay structure.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, with start times ranging from 3 AM to 5 AM until route completion.
