About the role

This position is for a dedicated truck driver who will be responsible for transporting goods on a home weekly basis. The ideal candidate should have a valid Class A commercial driver’s license with at least 6 months of experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload cargo according to company procedures.
• Ensure all safety equipment is functioning properly.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• At least 6 months of driving experience.
• A clean driving and criminal record.
• Live within 70 miles of Chesapeake, VA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills.

Schedule
