CDL A Dedicated Truck Driver - CDL GRADUATES WELCOME

About the role

Beast Mode Truckin seeks CDL A Dedicated Truck Drivers (CDL graduates welcome) to operate company-provided 53' dry vans on Pacific Northwest lanes based out of Sumner, WA. This is primarily no-touch, night driving with regular home time.

Compensation & benefits

• $1,400–$1,800 per week (based on miles and experience)
• Mileage: $0.52–$0.62 per mile
• Trainee pay: $900 per week during 4–6 week OTR training with trainer
• $15 per stop; monthly safety bonus
• Medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO available after 30 days

Schedule & equipment

• Lanes: Sumner and surrounding east/south Pacific Northwest routes; return to Sumner
• Average weekly miles: 2,000–3,000
• Home time: weekly (typically not on weekends)
• Solo or team runs available; orientation in Sumner, WA

Primary responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
• Complete daily pre- and post-trip inspections and required reports
• Maintain accurate hours-of-service and delivery documentation
• Communicate promptly and professionally with dispatch

Minimum qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL; minimum age 21
• Graduated from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
• Reasonably clean driving record (no major accidents or major violations within five years)
• No DUI convictions; no recent felony or misdemeanor convictions within the last five years
• No termination from most recent employer for safety or conduct reasons; stable work history
• Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens and required background checks
